We love Dr.Kinney, but man is there front staff TERRIBLE! The person I spoke to was Kristen and she had the worst attitude I have ever dealt with when calling about an issue with my dog. But I have many issues calling them and trying to get any answers. I think this one has sealed it and will be checking out other vets in the area. But as I said Dr. Kinney was amazing, other staff not so much.
Wonderful staff. Kind & nurturing toward pets. The best in the area! We have been to several vets in the community & this team is by far the best.
We love Dr. Steven and Auntie Darcy and the rest of the team!
