I lived at Atrium Apartments for over a year, and if I had not had to move out of Miami for work, I would have happily stayed. The building is older, but the apartments are very spacious and affordable for the size. The location is excellent with Whole Foods, a gym, and Bayfront all within a short walk. My neighbors were also respectful, which made it a great place to live. What makes this place a 6 out of 5 stars is the property manager, Henry. En éste edificio se encuentran varios comercios entre ellos un restaurancito llamado la bastille delicioso super recomendable para desayunar. Nosotros nos hospedamos en el courtyard y buscabamos donde desayunar, lo vimos dentro de las opciones que teniamos cerca y caminando una cuadra llegamos al lugar. Lived here for 4 years now. The building manager, Henry F. is truly a refreshing person of character. In a business that doesn't always put the tenants first, he really does, and fights hard for his tenants. Thank you Henry ! Love this building and the community he's put together. Not to mention it's a great deal for the location.
The Atrium has been such a sweet place to live in to experience the Miami city living! Henry the property manager is very attentive to residents and their concerns. Best quality for the price, excellent location.
