Lived in a 1 bed in the Atrium for a year. Great response time to maintenance requests and they installed a new ceiling fan free of charge. No problems with any AC, Electric, or plumbing. Great location in downtown miami. No complaints.

I lived at Atrium Apartments for over a year, and if I had not had to move out of Miami for work, I would have happily stayed. The building is older, but the apartments are very spacious and affordable for the size. The location is excellent with Whole Foods, a gym, and Bayfront all within a short walk. My neighbors were also respectful, which made it a great place to live. What makes this place a 6 out of 5 stars is the property manager, Henry.
