Thank you so much for the care given to my Mom Mattie Sue Morgan while she was there for rehabilitation! She was given awesome attention by caring staff! It is so great to live in a small town that has such a wonderful facility!

It is the worse hospital and rudest people that work there
Don't bother going here if you have BCBS. Polk is not in network and you'll be stuck with a massive bill. Insurance declines it even though Floyd Medical owns Polk and Floyd is an in network provider. Even the doctors are covered. Just not Polk Medical. Use great caution!!! Doctors and staff were as nice as could be though.
Everything about this place is great they make sure everyone is taken care of everyone is so nice
