The service was excellent.... They were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed...My mother in law was the one having surgery and she was very pleased as well...She is from Cartersville but I am from Cedartown..Great job !!
Look when life matters and you need care fast.Floyd Polk is the best.I was admitted over night with chest pains and received the best care possible.

I love this hospital and the staff. It is not a full-service ER, but if they can't do something they make sure they get you where you need to be to get the problem taken care of. I would rather go to this ER than Floyd in Rome any day.
