It was great. People were friendly and I was seen and cared for by professional's. I felt like all my concerns were addressed. Overall I was happy I chose Polk Medical. The lab tech Elizabeth was AWESOME. She drew blood with ease.
My daughter had collapsed on the track at school and they went ahead and got her back immediately no time waited all the tests that need to be done and was treated like number one priority.
The staff was professional and I as in and out for my mammogram. 😉
We were in and out....my grandbaby has the flu....they did really well with her last night....thanks
We got seen in a timely matter and everyone was very polite.
Usually go to FMC so we were nervous. Shouldn't have been. Everyone was great! From the nurses in the surgery staging to Dr Knack and anesthesia folks.
I do not like the way they did to my son his knee is cracked and broken and all they did was a ace bedged on his knee
