Very good facility. The employees are the true assets. My husband has been in Polk Medical Center three times in the past six months. We have seen how efficient the staff is there. There is a great nurse who goes above and beyond for her patients. Her name is Nayali. Also the rehab department inpatient and outpatient are excellent. We really a the care shown in treating my husband.

Thank you for your wonderful care in finding out quickly and giving me and my dad a diagnosis to start treating our problem. The nurses and the Dr was very caring and compassionate toward me and my dad when I had to bring him to the ER and both of us had to be transferred to Rome.

I received excellent service this time with heart problems. Staff is great! And for everyone who is saying that they don't accept BCBS, and they don't even give you a warning,well that's BS! They tell you right up front that they don't accept it,but in the end...I can assure you that you"ll be very pleased with the outcome !

This has been a pleasant stay. Staff has been extremely nice on time with all my meds. Very comforting environment !

I came in for a migraine and vomiting. I was the only patient in the waiting room. I was moved through triage and registration quickly. The doctor came in told me was going to give me some shots to relieve the pain. Then run some test to maybe see what's causing me to have migraines so often. Then I waited for a hour while I'm in extreme pain. The nurse came in to get a urine sample but still I did not receive anything to stop me from vomiting and to relieve the pain.
