Alisher has been a great landlord! He always replies back fast when I call and works with me if i have any problem. Highly recommend!!!
I am currently a tenant at one of ATM Properties . Al is a great landlord ! He has worked with me on different occasions! And with the pandemic he has been great . Anything that needs to be fixed he is quick !

Alisher is a great property manager. He’s very professional, and prompt to reply if I need anything. My rental is very well maintained, but in the off-chance I need some maintenance help, he always sends someone right away. The electronic payment portal is also really easy to navigate and pay your rent through. I enjoy renting with Alisher as the property manager!
Doesn't bother his tenants. All problems were always fixed the same day. Very nice guy to rent from. Gave me my deposit back in a timely manner.

ZERO STARS!! I PAID THIS MAN AL THAT OWES THIS PROPERTY BACK IN JUNE FOR A APARTMENT, HE TOLD ME IT WILL BE AVAILABLE SEPTEMBER AND I WAITED, GAVE HIM MY APPLICATION FEE, AND CALL HIM EVERY WEEK TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE COMING ALONG. Hello, if tenant does not meet rental requirements the application is denied. Which was in her case. I have many people of color live in our apartments, I myself of person of color. We do not discriminate anyone based on country of origin, we have many tenants with different background lived and presently living. If application is denied because you did not meet rental requirements, application fee is not refunded, its written on the application form. You more than welcome to re-apply again. Thanks
