While the building I lived in was deteriorating quite a bit and the tenants weren’t great, Alisher did value and respond to being proactive about what we could fix and do.
ATM Properties are well cared for, issues are taken care of in a timely manner
We have been renting from Alisher for 2 years now and have ZERO complaints! If we need something fixed he gets someone in contact with me immediately! Will keep renting from him as long as we can! A+++ service!

I love living in my place. I love the town, I grew up in and my place is affordable. My landlord provided me with a new, much needed refrigerator when I had been dealing with an old poorly running one for years. If I have maintained problems they have been dealt with promptly.
