Having Alisher as a landlord for many years has taught me a lot he’s not only a good landlord but he makes sure that those living in his units are well taken care of. He also makes sure if there’s anything that needs to be done in the unit he makes it happen. He is very respectful and his response time is great. Overall anyone would be lucky to have him as a landlord. ***** ***

I've been a tenant for about 2 years now. Alishir is super laid back and has fixed anything brought to his attention in a timely manner. He and company are a great company to rent from and would recommend them to anyone looking.

Alisher * ********** Is a scam artist. He told me a unit would be ready by April 15th 2022. After receiving a copy of my ID, social, collecting money for application fee’s ETC he asked me for money as a market rate tenant if I wanted the unit, when he was aware I had a voucher to begin with. I recorded all of our phone calls and was in disbelief when he disconnected the call stating “I have another client in my office” while refusing to explain why he lied for nearly a month. I have been in my apartment since Nov of 2018 and I love it> Its an older building so in some areas it needs a little love but the caretaker is great very friendly always available when needed and when I've had any issues maintenance is there in a timely manor. Its in a great location wonderful neighborhood lots of trails for walking or biking stores and restaurants near by as well. I have recommended people to apply here and I will continue to do so.

I'm in my third year leasing an apartment/condo that is managed by Alisher (Al) H*********. It should speak volumes that I signed for a third year and this is the longest I've lived in one place since 2014! Let's be honest, people want to get a good value for what they pay in rent these days and I have definitely looked around to see what else is available in this area. I like the online payment options and if anything was to go wrong due to Mantance issues, they will make sure it will be taking cared of right away as possible.

I have lived in Esso apartments for about three years. I have dealt with All Area Management and Al a few different times. I think they due a great job in responding to issues dealing with things around the building as well. I would recommend this apartment complex and All Area management to anyone.
