I have lived here with my family for over eight years, and unfortunately, things have gone downhill since the new management took over. The new staff are more focused on cutting costs and making up numbers, and now residents are expected to pay for their water and air filters. I lived at Atlantico at Kendall with my girlfriend for 2 years and have to say what a great experience we have had with every amenity that’s offered to the residents. Both the office and maintenance were very fast to respond and easy to work with! This is a neighborhood where if you follow the rules and are easy to reach, everything works as intended. Pets being allowed and having their own park was a MAJOR plus. Definitely recommend living at Atlantico, thanks again for the great memories.
El lugar esta muy limpio y es muy tranquilo los apartamentos tienen muy buena calidad. El alumbrado en general es excelente, el personal de mantenimiento se preocupa mucho por la propiedad, atienden rápido las necesidades de los residentes y quiero reconocer q son muy amables y dedicados en su trabajo , en fin puedo recomendar esta propiedad porque es un lugar q se vive con mucha tranquilidad.
El personal de mantenimiento presta un buen servicio y rápido ,quiero mencionar al técnico Juan ha venido a mi apartamento y su servicio fue excelente con el aire acondicionado,fue un domingo y llegó muy dispuesto además de realizar el trabajo rápido ,estoy muy satisfecha
