This company doesn't even deserve one star. The unprofessionalism, disrespect, and lack of common decency that this company and there staff lack to say the least is alarming. Upon my first initial request for a service technician to come and clean my A/C ducts the gentleman that came out was very nice and knowledgeable. My second time requesting another service call they Sent me a technician that didn't have a ladder and he was very rude and very confused on how to evaluate and execute what I needed to be done. Ridiculous. She never spoke with ****** ******** because he went into a coma in August of 2019. This is a complaint false and fraudulent complaint.
******** ********* is a disgusting human being. She leaves out important details like charges and fees and expects you to comply. Threatened to call the police and say I threatened her which was never the case. She is extremely rude to the elderly and should not be in the position she is in. Still waiting for the police **** All she is is a bluff **** artist who wants a paycheck. Do not give Atlas your time of day.
