Female customer ********************** rep is very rude. I was told a repair person would be available at a certain day and time for a service call. When I followed up in the morning she basically said no one was available- insisting I had no appointment. Basically she was and is very rude. Threatened me with nonsense and refused to do business. Atlas Service, now known as 2 Doors South, has not completely refunded the unused portion of our maintenance contract.Atlas was called prior to the Oct 21, 2023 renewal for the appliance maintenance contract, and was asked, if the house was sold, would a refund for the unused portion be issued. It was assured to us a refund for the unused portion would be refunded, but if a service call was provided, that amount would be deducted from the amount of the refund. We renewed the contract. It will ask for your SSN (DONT GIVE IT!) after *** end of *** form is written after giving *** required documents ***y will not guarantee to be complete your transaction. a wonderful company. in business for over 40 years and they provide fast, prompt and great services.
They take advantage of senior citizens by lying about your equipment. I had a technician come to my home to check my AC. It has been working well. The technician then tells my husband that the air conditioning is old it's not working right it's making noise and I need a new one. He also tells me that my water heater is dripping water and that I also need a new water heater. He then writes out a bill for $52 00.00. Customer service is terribly rude. They have installed a faulty AC unit and refuse to fix it. Not only that they promise a warranty of 10 years -Lady who answers and schedules a calls -rudely requested to be paid additional fee for coming to fix the unit. The unit didn't work day one when the technicians left!

We would like to stress our total dissatisfaction with an 'Emergency Sunday A/C Service promise' that has to be only called in to obtain it during 'Normal Business hours'. When you need emergency weekend Air Conditioning service & you have no working air conditioning in your house in the Florida summer heat, one is expecting to get an emergency operator if it is after normal business hours. This company doesn't even deserve one star. The unprofessionalism, disrespect, and lack of common decency that this company and there staff lack to say the least is alarming.
