Wish I could give negative rating, or at least a 0. Gave them money and have waited for over 1 month on a rental application. Called 4 times, was told each time that the property manager would get ahold of me. I still know nothing, have a hard inquiry on my credit report, and continue to get the run a round. Stay far away from this company, look for any other company to work with.
I wish I could give this company a zero. Atlas property Management. They are the most uncooperative Management company. They collected owners deposits for rental security and they refused to return it without a lawsuit. They are claiming that you must produce bank statement as proof even after having original receipt. The bank is not able to provide a copy of the receipt when it is more than 7 years. The interesting thing is that you could not rent the apartment without the deposit.
The whole office staff is inconsiderate and unprofessional, horrible experience!
This place has the worst customer service. I signed my lease , they waived the association meeting and approved me. they never gave me a parking decal and I called everyday for 2 weeks and never was able to get a hold of my property manager MARIA. They then stopped taking my calls and sending me to voicemails for 3 days. I have been living there since 12/14/2020 and have to park on the side of the street because I cannot access the parking that I'm entitled to as a resident. THE WORST!!!!!

Ms. ***** ******* has an appointment tomorrow at 11am to receive her upass sticker. In order to receive the upass the sticker must be placed on the vehicle. She would have to contact her landlord regarding her parking permits since these were given to the previous tenants. If the landlord does not have them they will have to purchase them. I am an owner of two properties at Lake Forest Park - managed by Atlas Property. Every time my prospective tenants apply for lease approval, it takes almost one month for a response. Office visits, texts and emails go unanswered!! I have just obtained legal advice on the matter since my current prospective tenant has a pending application approaching two weeks, only to learn from my attorney that the condo docs, by-laws, etc, are silent on the leasing, screening process issue! The application was processed on August 28, 2019. You received your certificate of Approval in six days. The board of directors had to review and sign the certificate of approval. I have dealt with them for over 10 years and not in a positive manner, They are difficult to reach and quick to issue warnings to collect money. Poor Service if - 0 where an option I would certainly post. I am certain that if everyone that they have dealt with in their shady business practices. would get together and file a complaint with the DBPR something would actually get done.
