Atlas Property Management is the worse property management company I have ever encountered! Since November 2022 I have been asking, requesting and begging for them to repair the roof and to this date, there is no results! I was told the roof was fixed and I repaired and painted my ceiling, within few weeks, it rained, and the ceiling started to leak. hese guys are thieves and liars. They not only failed to fix the toilet that we had requested fixed, but left their lockbox on the front door for the whole year. After we moved out, they lied and said that we owed them money for doors that were never on the bathroom vanities, doors that were never on the laundry area, and blinds that were never on the kitchen window. As others have mentioned, this company DELIBERATELY manipulates the rental websites and potential renters by posting almost too-good-to-be-true listings that are "Coming Soon." They charge $50 per applicant (two people wanting to move in would be $100 to apply), collect tons of application fees, remove the listing, and then inform all applicants that "someone else sent their in before you and has been approved."This would be all well and fine, except that you will see the SAME listing posted again one week later with a new m... read more

This may be the first company I have seen deliberately falsify an application denial reason because like *** says below, they are using perspective residents and owners alike to make as much money as they can off applications like a cheap suited carnival ******.

Atlas does not care for their tenants only about the money and when you complain to them about infestation of Roaches, Rats, Bed Bugs I was told if I didn't like it find somewhere else to live and I wasn't even there that long. In order to get the hallways clean you had to put in a work order. All I'm saying is it's a No especially if you want your Sanity. They don't take care of there property like the should

This place is the worst! Half the time they don't answer the phone. The other half they tell you nothing but lies! I think thier game is to make as much money are possible off of applications and give everyone the runaround! Don't rent from these people I'm warning you now!

We have been without hot water for almost a week. Called in issue on Friday, on Sunday a tech came and said he got it back on, but thought it was likely to go out again, and left. Later that afternoon, no hot water. I opened another maintenance ticket and 48 hours later, they still can't find a technician to help. We are going on almost a week with no hot water for showers, laundry, or the dishwasher. I can't understand how this isn't a priority, nor how they can't find one tech in days that can assist. One star is too many for this company. Im not one that leaves reviews. It takes a lot for me to sit down and type out a review but this company is so ridiculously bad that I felt I needed to warn everyone before you do business with them. I read the reviews before I rented from them and didnt listen. I took it a disgruntled tenant that didnt get their way. Oh my, I wish I would have listened.
