I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the management services provided by Atlas Property Management, their reviews say it all.Unfortunately, my experiences have been quite troubling. The lack of communication from the office has been particularly frustrating; phone calls often go unanswered, and emails seem to receive no response. Horrible company. They never answer your request because they LIE about everything to favor *********************. I never lived somewhere that WANTS your car to be towed I have been writing to customer server and the ********************** manager directly and nobody answers every. Ive sent over 15 request. Next time I have an issue Ill just contact the police, and start a lawsuit for breech of contract

I have had on going problems with the heat not be on doing the winter months as of today January 7th **** the heat is not on ,I'm constantly putting in work orders and calling every other day, and it's like the heat comes on and then goes back off after a couple of hours and is off for days again until I call again this is an ongoing problem ************************************************
I usually do not leave negative reviews online, but I have had such a terrible experience with this company, I felt that I had to warn other people about my experience; do not under any circumstances work with this company! Terrible communication, hidden/charges fees, duplicate charges for repairs, horrible property manager, and a laundry list of other grievances. They are an unethical and fraudulent organization, and I hope someone who can afford a lawyer sues them soon.
I'm a little upset that I did not ****** this company before entering a lease agreement with them. They forced us to take a service plan that included rental insurance a air filter each month. In the two months that I've been in the unit at **** Hunters Trail we have not received our air filter. We have had several issues with the property. I will not recommend this property or and property that they manage.
The staff of this property management company are incompetent, and criminal. They commit fraud.
I have put in my application for an apartment about a month ago. They told me to send them a copy of my IDs and a copy of my check stubs. I did that. Then I called almost everyday. They never answer the phone. It always say that they are experiencing a technical difficulties. Then I had went to a viewing on *********************************** Apt#3R. They never showed up. Absolutely the worst! They moved to an online service for payment and in the process cased my mailed in checks while also charged me only since I have automatic payments in order to never be late or miss a payment. I noticed their error 3 months ago and have since asked them to correct it. After sending NUMEROUS emails (because nobody ever answers the phone) someone finally responded and said everything looked fine on their end and no credits were due. I already regret this move-in decision. I wished I read all reviews prior to.Paid the move-in fee and picked up my keys. There is no w/d, a/c units in the unit. Bedroom light doesnt work, and the place is not Wi-Fi/cable ready. No one is truly responding with solutions, and at this point if I ring my emails/texts. I havent even officially moved in yet and I probably wont. Contacting a lawyer soon.
