It’s a great hotel and casino, with an awesome Sportsbook. The rooms are big and spacious. It’s the BEST hotel in Reno!
We went to the Buffet that had just opened and had just gotten our food when my oldest son started eating and gagged on fat on the meat and ended up throwing up on the table. They made us wait almost 10 minutes before having getting it cleaned up and during that time his girlfriend had to leave and got sick in the bathroom, none of us were able to eat from that and the manager refused to refund our money other than my sons meal even though none of us were able to eat. $134 wasted. Nice price with good hospitality, room service was good,! Need better pillows, but beds very comfortable, rooms nice & clean, casino pays a little just TOO smokey as most casion's are! Overall 4 stars from me, would definitely go here again & recommend! 👍🏽🏽
