RecommendedService is always top notch, rooms are always clean, comfortable and spacious and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
RUN!!! Don’t walk. Run away from this “resort”. My husband and I checked in today 10/31/20 and have had nothing but horrible service and a running list of issues. Our check in was delayed multiple times after we were told to head to the hotel because a room was ready. We sat in the hotel lobby for two hours before giving up and leaving to wait somewhere more comfortable. We now have a room, but are being held hostage in a smoking room because according to the front desk attendant, a non-smoking room is never guaranteed. We d... read more

RecommendedClean nice rooms, the card tables though. You're not allowed to touch your own cards. Slots are mediocre at best. The hotel takes a 100$ deposit (never have I had to pay that). I give this place ☆☆☆☆. It's also a bit off the main strip & it has a skybridge to the convention center.
RecommendedI have not used the spa facilities. This is our second visit in three weeks staying here. I highly recommend this beautiful resort. The restaurants are outstanding. We have never had a bad meal. Employees go beyond in helping a bit courteous and every way.
