The game room for kids is great. The pools are open and so is the Gym and Spa. The staff is great. The valet manager is the best. Miguel is super helpful as well. The casino has a nice players perks. The resturaunt is great as well. Super clean.
Everything. The food, the spa, the gaming experience, the hotel and most of all the caring team members.
We went there last weekend and the buffet was delicious ! I can see they are focus following the safety and also the servers are great ! Manuel and Tony were excelentes doing their job I really enjoy it ! Thanks I’m thinking on going back next year!

Horrible experience!!! We usually stay at this hotel, but our experience was horrible this time around! First of all! We went to the pool with my 2 kids and we were rush out of there by staff. I spent about 80 dollar worth of food inside the pool area, but it wasn’t enough for them to persistently every 5 minutes reminded us that we need to leave the pool area! great place , good service , excellent food
it's ok. almost no progressive machines to play. watch out for the mask nazis! although they randomly enforce their mask views on people drinking and smoking but everyone else is free to partially wear their masks or go maskless.
UPDATE - After being told on Tuesday that the fire evacuation rate of $39 would be honored for as long as we needed it, the rate jumped to $121 (on Friday) and when I spoke to reservations this morning a very snarky lady gave me a rate of $296 for Saturday. Clearly this is just another big corporation looking at profit versus actually doing the right thing and helping people.
