Went to go play at Atlantis and went to the men’s bathroom opposite the poker room and near the Starbucks coffee. To wash my hands before playing and no hot water, was immediately turned off and left the casino .
Waitress at the sports bar was super nice and friendly
Poor customer service unless you have a room here. Don't sit down in any of the designated seating areas for more than a few minutes. Don't wait for anyone staying there on the property, if they take more than 10mins to meet you you'll be asked to leave for not having a room even as a local.
My husband booked a handy cap room because i had a stroke the tub was not handy capped the furniture wasntveasy to sit down on or get up in the handy cap room handy cap people cant get in or out of a bathtub they need to change that or quite calling it handy cap
clean and comfortable ! just right after flying in from Florida for a layover before driving to Tahoe forskiing!

Awesome hotel and casino. Best buffet and restaurants in town.
Excellent rooms, great food. I haven't come across any person on the staff that wasn't friendly.
