Atlantic Palms is full of friendly office and maintenance staff who truly make living here wonderful. Everyone is so understanding and delightful. And the resident socials are a blast!!
We love it here! The friendly staff always greets us with a smile and is willing to lend a helping hand. From the swimming pool to monthly events they have for residents to making our family and friends feel welcome when visiting, we appreciate it all!
This place just keeps getting better every time I go back there, constantly making upgrades and offerings to the residents! This place would definitely be where I would live if I relocated to Charleston/ Summerville.
I am not happy about the time it takes to do repairs or false promises about when maintenance would come. Took 2 months to get someone to fix garbage disposal. Then a/c went out and they said within 2 days someone would come out and look. Now it has been 4 and multiple phones calls, a/c still not even been looked at. The good is the unit is clean. The price is on the high end, but is spacious and upgraded features.
