Beautiful facilities and apartments. Very friendly staff specifically Jordan. She was so kind and did not hesitate to help out and answer any and all of my questions. I was looking for apartments in Charleston and this was the first and last one I looked at. Jordan was so nice I didn’t feel it would be necessary to look anywhere else. I can’t wait to call this place home!
This is an amazing apartment. All of the amenities are spectacular. They always have the best deals in North Charleston for rent prices and move in deals as well. Jordan is by far the best leasing consultant I’ve ever met. She met all my needs and went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this property and staff to everyone!! They are so kind and compassionate.
Positives: we have had no issues with our apartment and we love the walking trail Negatives: while the painters are working hard, the complex seems to have taken a few steps down from its previous look. The gates worked for one week out of the year and a half that I’ve been here.There is never any parking as you are only given one spot. The dog park seems to always have holes in the fence and a large amount of feces.
I absolutely love it here!!! It’s like a resort! Well maintained and lots of social activities!!!!
Still dealing with this place. First they bated and switched my lease and now I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe more money. No call. No email. Nothing. Just a call from a debt collector. Worst experience in my life. This place is the worst money hungry business ever. Plus the place is dirty and has roaches. Never complained. Payed my bill every month. Was a great tenant while we waited to find a home. Never have I felt like this.
Great staff, spacious parking, and a one of a kind landscape. Convenient location and I loved the surroundings
