I had a great experience today when selecting my prescription glasses. Both the staff and the receptionist were so friendly and welcoming, and they really helped me choose the right pair. Thank you to them—I’m just sad I didn’t ask their names.
My experiences here have always been good, even my most recent one was one of my best experiences at any any optical center I've been in in Canada. I got honest opinions by a very professional young man. I will definitely be back and so will the rest of my family. I have my eyes on a pair of meta AI glasses.
I agree with people who felt that the optometrist was good, but the admin staff were horrible! I have been their patient for 5 years, and by the end, I felt anxious going in because of how rude, unprofessional and manipulative they can be. It does not feel like they care about their patients at all. It feels like they only care about money and their business.
