I agree with people who felt that the optometrist was good, but the admin staff were horrible! I have been their patient for 5 years, and by the end, I felt anxious going in because of how rude, unprofessional and manipulative they can be. It does not feel like they care about their patients at all. It feels like they only care about money and their business. The Doctor is amazing, but the front desk is horrible. Extremely rude. They are so reluctant to give you proper information and cut you in the middle of the conversation with extremely unprofessional manner. I don't know how front desk personnel can lack the most fundamental skill of providing customer service! Awful!
From desk staff is extremely rude and I've been there one time but not worth to go there. Doctor needs to change front desk lady as she is not welcoming and had awful nature.
Both the assistant and Dr. Lu were amazing; super efficient, friendly, and funny. Would highly recommend coming here for your next eye exam.
