Really impressed with and happy with my inspections by Brandon and Dustin. Our first home with Brandon did not pass and wasn't move in ready- but we got options on repairs and a detailed accounting of what was most important to address first if we did go with it. In our situation, we can't afford or deal with too many repairs or costly changes. My first experience with a home inspection and I was really impressed. I visited the home while Jeff Bentley was doing the inspection. He took me around the home to show me concerns he had already identified. For each one, he provided clear explanations about the issue and recommended course of action. He then invited to me follow him around for the remainder of the inspection.
