I have used Frank Cooper for years. His company has grown over the years. He has hand picked and personally trained the inspectors he has hired to join his team. They are all great!What I like about Frank and his team is... They perform a very detailed inspection. The report is very concise yet does scare the buyer off. He points out what needs to be addressed, what to keep an eye on and what some normal homeowner maintenance items are.I highly recommend Frank and his team at Atlanta Property Inspections
What I like about Atlanta Property Inspections is that I know I am getting qualified Home Inspectors for my Buyers. The Homes Inspectors are honest and disclose all known defects, health, and safety issues to my Buyers so they can feel confident they are making the right decision to either purchase the home or move to another property. My go to Inspectors are Cary Cooper and Jeremy Patterson because I can depend on them to best represent my Buyers in a home inspection.
Everyone was very pleasant! Brandon took time to explain to my buyers what he saw in their new home and the office staff was great when I called with questions. I really appreciate how thorough the inspection report was and how friendly it was to understand.
