RecommendedI had Cary and James come out to a 3 year old property which, how much could be wrong with a 3 year old property? Not much, but they did find a 20 amp fuse where a 30 amp should be. The listing agent, who was a rep for the builder when they sold new could not believe!! They passed county inspection and she has sold quite a few resales and this was a first. Lo and behold, Cary and James were right!!! Just goes to show you what thoroughness gets you!! All of my business at least!
