NEVER GOING BACK!!! FIRST I CALL CLEVELAND AVE LOCATION FOR APPOINTMENT BUT THEIR PHONES WERE DWN SO THEY AUTOMATICALLY SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT DOWNTOWN INSTEAD. WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE. THEN I GET ALL THE WAY THERE ON MARTA JUS FOR THEM TO TURN ME AROUND BECAUSE MY CHILDREN WERE WITH ME. THATS SOMETHING THEY SHOULDVE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE.
IF I DIDN'T HAVE TO BE HERE I WOULDN'T THIS IS BULLSHIT ON ALL SIDES AND THIS OFFICE IS NOT RECOMMENDED POOR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE SORRY ASS RECEPTIONIST FUCKING THIEVES.
