I highly recommend Dr. Amit Patel and the rest of the team at the East Cobb location. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel is amazing throughout the operations on both hands. The hand therapy after the operation was very helpful and also very friendly. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone in this location.
No no no no! This place is awful! Patricia is the WORST office manager I have ever dealt with. What the actual heck is going on with this place. They will over-charge and over-bill. My mom paid her co-pay but they’re asking for extra money. This is ridiculous. PLEASE do not go here!
Worst experience ever when dealing with their office manager A. Singh. He is very rude and hung up the phone in my face when I asked to speak with his supervisor. I asked to speak with his supervisor because I requested a refund of $900 that I paid for a surgery that I canceled. He told me it takes 4 weeks to get a refund and I challenged his answer because I know he was lying. It only took 2 minutes to swipe my card and withdraw the funds from my account. Dr Watson and the entire staff at the Smyrna location have been outstanding! From the first day scheduling surgery, physical therapy and followups through my entire recovery process they have been most helpful and understanding. I can’t say enough good about them!!!

Was never informed that this provider was out of network. The staff is NOT very informative about insurance policies. Be aware and ready to pay because billing has NO clue what they are doing.
When you are told you need surgery you generally want a 2nd opinion which means requesting your medical records be sent to the new doctor. I called to see if they had the form online and was told no so I asked if they could fax or email the form to me and they said no. The ONLY way is to physically go to the office and complete the form. Either they do not have the technology to keep up with the times which is scary or they are just down right mean.
