Top tier customer service. Dr. Tyler was knowledgeable and helpful ! The front desk person that assisted with the initial eye exams was super nice too!
My family and I had an appointment on Saturday January 18th at 12:10, 13:30 and 12:40. We were not seen until 1:08pm. The person at the front desk stated, they overbooked! We asked to speak with the manager regarding the very long wait and being overbooked. The manager was not helpful and didn't seem to care. Very unprofessional in her attitude. We will not be returning to ever again!
I have been getting my eye care from Lenscrafters for some years now and they have always been reliable and professional. The young men - one with red hair, the other with a long ponytail were exceptionally talented. Thanks guys. Also the young lady that checked me out for the day was the bestGreat work - amazing team and teamwork
