Over the top service, my advisor Jackson was awesome even had a free massage while waiting on my truck. Love it when it's brought around shining from wash and looking brand new.
I just had the craziest call for service/repair. appointment. They said since it has been a while since I have been in I would have to pay $250 just to schedule a repair! Who does that. Then the lady says that payment will not go to the repair itself and I'd have to pay for parts before they place them. So I ask what the fee for the parts. She won't know until I come. What the heck? Big shout out to the best service advisor, Kim Cates. I had to drop my car off for service today and I let her know in advance that I was in a huge hurry. She had all my paperwork ready to go and even had my loaner car pulled up in the service lane all ready to go for me. I couldn't have asked for any more. She went above and beyond!!!!
