Very disappointed in the outcome of a trade offer I received. I used trade in tool listed on their website, and their trade in offer came in close to $4,000 lower than what it originally told me. Sure I understand that markets are different, however if you're going to list an offer through your website and not atleast match it, or even exceed your customers expectations, you should really reconsider your approach.

I had to take my 2005 in because of a check engine light that popped on. I spoke with my adviser Christy Hicks. She told me she would take care of everything like always. She got me a loaner and called with the news. They are the best at taking care of your needs. They told me everything that "had" to be done and what could wait. She let me know when it would be ready and as always it was. They are the best.
