I particular like the fact that when you drive up a barcode is automatically scanned and your information is disseminate to your service advisor befor you can get out of the car.

After 9 years as a loyal Mercedes owner, I'm throwing in the towel. Not because of the car (which I love) but because my service tech and/or service manager did not follow my request which costs me large amounts of money and left me with a car that was less drivable after being repaired! Their solution: pay $2200 more to tear apart the same item to see what else they can find (plus parts, of course).
