I had the worst experience from the manger and the receptionist. The manger was getting pushy to schedule 12 weeks of physical therapy appointments when I only needed 4 weeks of sessions. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional and makes you feel uncomfortable at each session. As a disabled person she questions why I cant work. And is breaking the medical privacy hippa laws. There for I feel uncomfortable going to physical therapy sessions

I really think ATI has the best THERAPIST ever!!! I went to the one in ********* and I recommend them very highly 5 ?? . They know what theyre doing and I appreciate ATI for having a team like this one in *********. Thank you.

This was not a good experience; they milk the sessions so you really don't see results any time soon. They want you to have 12 sessions, typically no longer than 30 to 40 minutes and you pay $75 per session upfront. Pretty outrageous. You don't have a one on one, someone is there with more than one patient and the person may have an assistant to tell you what to do, very basic.
