This was not a good experience; they milk the sessions so you really don't see results any time soon. They want you to have 12 sessions, typically no longer than 30 to 40 minutes and you pay $75 per session upfront. Pretty outrageous. You don't have a one on one, someone is there with more than one patient and the person may have an assistant to tell you what to do, very basic. ATI physical therapy is running an extremely fraudulent scheme. They told me I have $10 copay and not even once shared with me what my insurance would be paying. My Physiotherapist **** charged my $80 for 8 visits and told me that based on my insurance I have up to 35 visits included. He also encouraged me to take a few more sessions so that my shoulder would feel better and I went for a couple more sessions thinking it will only cost me $10. Turns out they charged my insurance $3620.15 and charges to be paid by me is $1223.... read more

It took me 10 hours of my time to make sense of their billing and no less than *********************************************************************** Then once I finally resolved the issue they threatened to turn over my claim to a debt collection agency. Absolutely horrible experience. For one they used the same medical code but charged me a different amount. Thats just blows my mind! But the front desk **** told me they charge $120 per one hour visit. No they charge me from $300 up to $700 for the same exact daily exercise. And when I called the billing department they told me no, you were doing different exercises Im like hold on youre telling me this? Like you were there not me?
