I went in yesterday to pick up a prescription and this office was NOT acting to protect its patients from COVID. Both front desk staff members had their masks pulled down to their mouths and did not fix them when interacting with me and other patients. The one handling my script tried to pass it to me by hand and I had to request she put it down on the counter to stay socially distanced. My family has been with Dr. Springer for years now. The entire office is always very helpful and cheerful. Both of my children are also patients and love their visits. Highly recommended!

there service is great. they treat you like family and everyone if them is very nice. true example of what customer service is all about. if your in Athens and need to see an eye doctor this is the place to go.
there customer service was very good! everyone was friendly and nice! were very helpful as far as picking out my glasses! hardly no wait time at all! give them a five star!!!
Wow! What a great experience! Excellent Staff! Katherine went above and beyond to deal with my Vision Plan’s computer glitch! Modern equipment! Everything is explained during exam! No pressure “sales” in getting lenses ordered! I have found the best! The Reviews I read hold true!
