Cass was very informative and did well cleaning my teeth. Dr. Dobberstein was great as always!
My daughter and I interacted with several people during our visit. And each one was very warm and welcoming. We were so comfortable during our visit, which is very important to us because we both typically get extremely nervous at the dentist. But the friendly people made us so at ease, we are telling everyone we know they should visit you. Thanks for giving me the chance to express this.
Normally, I have a great experience at Athens Family Dental, but my appointment on Thursday was not good. I'm not sure if my hygienist was not properly trained or just unusually messy, but I never before have had water covering my face, running down my neck, and running into my ears. I had to hold the cloth bib tight to my neck during the entire cleaning to keep my shirt from becoming saturated. At the end, she even made a joke about giving me a free facial. Kevin my hygienist is always great. And now the Orthodontic Team is excellent.
Generally, a good visit. All personnel were courteous, competent and professional. Dr. Pate was thorough, honest in his appraisal of my condition, and very willing to allow me to question the procedure in all aspects.
Brooke was an excellent hygenist. Hope you can hire her full time before someone else does. Pleasand and cheerful, clearly describes what she is doing as work proceeds, absolutely no discomfort during or after cleaning. Would prefer for Dr. Niesler to use a dam when drilling out caveties, etc. (NA to appt yesterday.) Otherwise like him as well.
Everything is great! Nice people, calm environment, and very trustworthy.
