The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. "TJ" was an excellent hygienist who really took her time to make me feel comfortable. I am looking forward to moving my entire family over to your practice!
I’ve been going to Athens Family Dental since 1980. They are good people and strive to help.
Never before seen, called and explained I was in a lot of pain and didn’t know what to do. They told me to walk-in whenever I could and they treated me right away.
I appreciate being seen on the day I called (it was a Monday) and I was seen at 11 a.m. I had a suspected tooth abscess, starting on Friday afternoon. I had not been to the office for over a year, due to 2 serious surgeries and 2 involved procedures, so this was the first visit in over a year. *(thank you...this tooth is really hurting...maybe the antibiotic will kick in soon)!!
I’ve always had good experiences until this one. My appt was at 9:30. It was 9:55 before I was called back for x rays. After x rays, my chair was double booked and it was about 10:15 before I got a chair. Even then, it was about 10:30 before the hygienist came. It nearly made me late for a work meeting. Very dissatisfied.
Thank you all for your friendliness and kindness to me. It is a joy to see all of you. i can say that I enjoy seeing all of you. thank you for your great card of my dental needs.
