Other then waiting long in the waiting room in the past, I have not had a problem, except with this last appt. - very unhappy with my new new crown!! The crown is shorter then the tooth on the left and the tooth on the right and very noticeable. I would like someone to call me on a solution to correct it. Stephanie Evans 706-247-3950

Thank you so much for being so honest, and not making me go through a lot of unnecessary pain and spend my money.
I didn't like sharing a room with another patient while having my teeth cleaned, even with a partition or wall divider. I could hear everything going on across the room-so I'm sure they could hear into my area as well. No privacy. Also, didn't like having other staff come into the room to chit chat while I'm having my teeth cleaned. Again, I'd like some privacy.

I received a call asking if I could come in early for my appt. When I got there I was greeted with you're a half hour late, to which I responded I was actually a half hour early. Obviously these two employees had not spoken to one another reference my appt time. I discussed getting a night guard during my cleaning because I wake up everyday with headaches from gritting my teeth. They made me an appt to come back later in the day to be fitted for it. Kevin the hygienist was amazing. He took his time and explained everything so well. Receptionist was really friendly and professional.
Not verifying email addresses with your clients sucks. Allowing them to make you spam other people sucks even more.
