They say when buying or selling to keep your emotions out if it, but when you're finding or leaving a home, your home, that's near impossible. Kelley was easy going and not only helped us manage emotions during an insane market but helped us process through it. She went to bat for us and was honest with her thoughts and if she didn't know something spent the time figuring it out, didn't just tell us what she thought we needed to hear for the sale. I used Chris and Kristine Wyatt to purchase my condo back in September. I have to say I was disappointed in their representation. I found the home I wanted to look at so it was a pretty easy transaction for them. I asked for certain things they thought I shouldn't ask for, I ended up getting what I asked for, closing cost assistance even in this market. Unprofessional organization. Mr Chris Pearce is non responsive on emails. He was the listing agent for my recent purchase. Several issues arose through the entire settlement process and he was absent and unwilling to bring resolution to the matters. If you’re looking for a company that does not communicate, at coastal will meet that requirement.
Joe was extremely helpful during the entire process of buying our home and even after the completion of the sale. He was helpful with information for transitioning to a new area. Joe was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I strongly recommend Joe as competent, conscientious realtor.
