I would highly recommend Mr Woody Leonard to anybody that needs a real estate agent. Mr. Leonard Is honest Trustworthy and very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate I’ve used Mr. Leonard in selling my house and a year later I use him in purchasing a house everything went smooth. Whenever I would call Mr. Leonard with a question He would always get back to me with an answer usually within the same day . Mr. Leonard was also good on having contacts for all the aspects for your house to do repairs

Steve is very knowledgeable and was able to get us a lender when my bank would not proceed with giving us a loan, he also negotiated to have a new roof put on the house we bought. Steve is very professional and very knowledgeable

We had such a great experience working with Steven. He helped us from beginning to end, took the time to show us as many properties it took until we found the house we were looking for, and was always available to answer all our questions. He definitely was working with our best interests in mind.
