I used Chris and Kristine Wyatt to purchase my condo back in September. I have to say I was disappointed in their representation. I found the home I wanted to look at so it was a pretty easy transaction for them. I asked for certain things they thought I shouldn't ask for, I ended up getting what I asked for, closing cost assistance even in this market. Buying a home is never a simple process, especially in todays market, but having Kelley by my side made everything so effortless. Kelley was responsive, knowledgeable and patient to meet my needs while calming my nerves at the same time. Kelley even provided referrals for additional real estate services, each of whom had the same level of expertise as she did. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Joe Camarda. As a human being, he is just a kind and patient man who held my hand through the ups and downs of building a new home.
