I’ve been seeing Dr Mannan for several years for routine exams as well as several acute issues that have arisen. I have a difficult work schedule, but I’m always able to get an appointment to see him in a timely manner. He is very thorough, takes time to listen to all my concerns, and makes sure to address each one. He has a great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. Dr. Mannan is arrogant and prescribed medication I told him I have allergies to, refused to prescribe the medication I actually needed, and did not respond to a pharmacist calling about the same. He also said if I don't like his treatment plan (the meds I'm allergic to) to go see another provider. Complete patient abandonment and really, malpractice. Absolutely *avoid* him and read the reviews on him at the Dunn Loring INOVA clinic on Avenir Place.
Mann let me tell you Dr. Mannan is an outstanding doctor—attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in his patients’ wellbeing. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided multiple referrals to help manage my chronic conditions. He also ordered a comprehensive set of tests and labs to address the issues I’ve been struggling with. I'm so glad I found Dr.Mannan! I finally found a primary care physician who actually listens to my concerns, worries, and needs. He's amazing! The nurses at the office are so nice, too.
