Hoa quarterly fee was withdrawn from my account 6 days after the unit was sold to a new owner. After a month of phone calls and emails largely unanswered I am still trying to get the amount reimbursed.

Associa filed a lien on my house claiming I did not pay my HOA. Associa failed to notify their collection agency they changed banks. My check was sent to their former bank. I cannot get anyone at Associa to return my calls or emails. Even though I have paid I still have a lien on my house.

CMC is the property management company that services our community is a horrible, awful, and worst community management service provider in Aldie VA. This is a management company that takes advantage of the community in which they are supposed to take care of and are terrible to work with. No value-added service to the homeowners. We have had no representation in our community for a long time and so far, we have had 3 community managers replaced and yet no representative hired yet for our community. CIse surely that's what I'm putting here after the encounter this morning I had with a lady name Roni ******* She called from associa to help me understand the back to back letters of none sense I've been receiving, she started by "Ugh I know where is this going already" I mean, How rude you can be?? And then she claimed apology and asked for a start over, after twice I had to tell her I think I won't do this with you no more and so she hung up even, very rude and disrespectful, first in 10 years ... read more

After three formal attempts to resolve our CDD fees payment issue with Lisa ****** ************* representative in St. Johns Count, Florida we have referred Associa to the Better Business Bureau. The issue is a simple one: crediting our account for two months fees when payment was made by check. Copies of the cancelled checks were forwarded to Ms. ****** who promised three times the issue would be immediately corrected.
