Devin, Kayla, and the entire team has been wonderful to work with whilst transitioning my Mom into Assisted Living and Memory Care. The office team who helped us assemble a plan to help with the transition was highly communicative and compassionate every step of the way. We had some unexpected hurdles with the transition due to Mom's lack of ability to adapt to the new environment due to her Alzheimer's disease, and the team inclusive of the carers accomodated us every step of the way. I want to thank Devin and Kayla for finding a caregiver for my brother. Devin and Kayla are professional, friendly, kind and caring in all they do. They are amazing and help in any way they can. I’ve had to make changes to the schedule numerous times. I know this is a difficult task but each time they were patient, kind and accommodating in making the changes. When my best friends care plan fell through at the very last minute she called assisting hands and they were wonderful. Devon made sure she had a ride to and from her surgery. The home care following her surgery has been absolutely amazing. Her primary caregiver Dee has been an absolute Godsend! I believe my friend would not be recovering as well if Assisting Hands were not involved. Totally impressed!

Assisting Hands is definitely 5 star. I have used other caregiver organizations and none of them compare to this one. They do what you expect, and go above and beyond. They are responsive to you calls or questions. I highly recommend them!
