I would like to commend my husband's home health aide, J.J. Jansen. She has cared for him with patience and kindness. She is dependable and takes her responsibilities seriously. She treats him with respect and helps determine his preferences and needs. Knowing she is caring for him gives me peace of mind. We are thankful and blessed for her care.
All of our caregivers are excellent, but we must give a "shout out" to JJ who has gone above and beyond to establish rapport with our loved one who has Parkinsons.
Horrible company to work for, I definitely enjoyed my clients and working with them. On the other hand the supervisor Devin is very sketch and will hold your pay. Once you notice and mention it prepare to be fired. I highly don’t recommend and I’m also in the mist of taking legal action against them. Good luck.
Devin, Kayla, and the entire team has been wonderful to work with whilst transitioning my Mom into Assisted Living and Memory Care. The office team who helped us assemble a plan to help with the transition was highly communicative and compassionate every step of the way. We had some unexpected hurdles with the transition due to Mom's lack of ability to adapt to the new environment due to her Alzheimer's disease, and the team inclusive of the carers accomodated us every step of the way.
