How can Aspirus improve? Prices are absolute robbery. Fleecing of America. Over $200 to simply walk in the door. over $250 for a routine lab.. another $250 for a routine lab.. After Security health negotiated discount over $700 to go see the doc for low level routine care. Feeling ripped off.
Took my son to his normal pediatrician today for concern of having an ear infection. It was a different nurse than his normal one. My 3 year old son is not fond of being touched and do-sent care for the doctors office, however if he is shown what’s going on and knows what they are going to do he’s fine and does not get mad. Recommendedfriendly employees and very professional people. Easy access to facility.
I took my cousin there twice now, the first time we sat in the waiting room for over an hour, finally got called back for the dr to tell her there was nothing he could do because he's never seen anything like it and it was a chronic problem. Sent a referral and never heard from them again. The second time, we went back to the room right pretty quickly, but then sat in the back room for over 2 hours before the student even came in to see her.
Great care most of the time there
Went into the Stevens Point Walk In for a lingering cough. Was met right away at the triage desk by a young lady who was fantastic and quick at her job. Sat in the waiting room for less than a minute until a nurse came out to get me. The nurse was fantastic in the room, I enjoyed her conversation. Dr. Neuhoff came in a short time later, addressed all of my concerns and came up with a care plan. Was very reassuring and answered all of my (probably silly) questions. aspires of Wausau doctors and nurses treat you like family they are all so kind an caring they are all so special.i'm so glad they will be giving me the care I need.i am so blessed too have met so many caring people.
