When making appointments please update your staff on what doctor does what. family medicine and a neurologist are totally 2 different areas. Are they not? Took the day off drive over a hour. To find the schduled me wrong. Even on the way I called running late for road conditions you think your staff would of caught that. Wow!!! not even I'm sorry, So not a good first impression
No person should have to wait 2+ hours when being referred by a urgent care doctor . A person that has abdominal pain and has a history of complex go issues including pancreatitis. I will never step my foot in a Aspirus Hospital or clinic ever again. They Er director and their hospital need to figure out how to prioritize their patients
