I moved to the Wausau area in October of 2017 and I didn't find a doctor so decided to go to your walk in clinic in December 2017. I was diagnosed with Laryngitus. I wasn't feeling better and came back in. then one of your nurses said I was pregnant. yes I was emotional but your employee that was with me that day she told me I should just get rid of my child and take the easy way out because my then boyfriend now husband was going to leave me. Terrible healthcare provider.
RecommendedAll the doctors I have at Aspirus take time with you and address your medical problems. Not like Ascension that treats you like you you are on a conveyor belt. Those doctors can't wait to get you out of their office!
Two and a half hour visit, chest xrays and blood work........probably $1500 in charges. The least thing the doctor could do is come in and tell us what is going on before discharging us! Nope! Wife vomiting and nothing to do it in. I had to ask a clerk for a vomit bag. Going to Ascension next time! Piss poor care at high dollar prices that my "Obamacare" mandated insurance WON'T PAY!
RecommendedI have been in and out of the Wausau Aspirus hospital several times since October of 2018 with heart related issues and most recently for a Defibrillator surgery. The doctors, nurses, cna's and the rest of the support staff are truly impeccable as with all the staff at the Heart and Vascular Center. I highly recommend them all !!!!!!
RecommendedI went to walk in on Wednesday March 6th and then to ER . Which resulted in a emergency appendectomy! From start to finish the men and women that handled my care were fantastic! Even food service! The RNs and CNAs in my section were absolutely amazing and the best ! Thank you for the service and the way they treated me! Even when things get a little messy they were all like ya that’s cool! My experience was top notch at the Wausau facility! Couldn’t be happier!
RecommendedMy wife and I just had are beautiful baby boy delivered there this last week and I can say that this was a experience that I do not think could have went better in my opinion. They were so kind and caring they did what ever you asked of them and just the knowledge of there employees is vary settling while this was my first experience. I would recommend them for a place to give labor time and time again.
