The er doctor that started at 7 pm tonight is every rude and doesnt listen to people about what is wrong the last time I seen him he told me that there was nothing wrong with me and the very next day I was in surgery getting a pacemaker. I went in because I got a shock from it and he tells me again that there is nothing wrong with me

I spent just short of 3 hours in the ER with my son. He had a major hand injury and they never even took the time to unwrapped the bandage to look at it, or even clean it out. I left and drove 45 minutes to my local ThedaCare ER. Walked in and taken right to a room where they cleaned his injury. He received 13 stitches. From the moment we walked in until we walked out 1 hour and 1 minutes. The best doctor and two nurses ever!!!
