After the ladder slipped on my deck while I was near the roofline and falling and landing on the ladder, my husband dialed 911 and I was transported to Ascension in Tomahawk. From the EMTs that came to the house to everyone that treated me, the experience was amazing! Everyone was friendly and kept me updated. Ultimately, I had fractured 5 vertebrae and my sternum, plus a multitude of bumps and bruises. The ENT PA that I saw was rude, did not listen to my responses to her questions and was clearly incompetent! Told me the pain I was having (and I had no pain!) in my ears was from a headache or sore throat...and I did not have a sore throat or headache! She ignored the fact that I was not having pain, and once she made up her mind that I had ear pain from a headache or sore throat dismissed me like I was an idiot!!! NEVER going back!!!!! I will drive 100 miles to be seen by anyone else before ever going back there.
