be careful of fraudulent billing, I have been billed, i have clear receipt of making a payment, they said that money went a different bill but won't provide any other information. I was told they don't have a formal process for process filing complaints about billing errors. Either ridiculous incompetence or a straight lie.
My husband and I went through Aspirus Stevens Point for our whole pregnancy then gave birth at Aspirus Riverview Hospital. This is our first child and we'll be forever thankful and blessed for every ounce of care that the Aspirus team gave us. It’s too bad the only option I have for heath care is aspirus in wausau. Wish I would have the option of going to marshfield clinic. Both of my visits have been worthless and a waste of time and money. Thanks for wasting my time, money and my premiums. Every single person was rude from the moment I got there to questions about billing. I would be ashamed and embarrassed if this was somewhere I worked.
From the "great catch" suspicions of my PA at Aspirus Ironwood and subsequent referral to a Wausau Urologist and additional referral to a general surgeon in Rhinelander, to the actual surgery at Aspirus Wausau, I'm alive and on my way to being cancer-free. I also need to recognize the unbelievably professional nursing staff of the Aspirus Wausau Oncology Care Unit. Thank you to all of you who were involved with providing me with world-class care. Cardiology unit and entire staff is absolutely outstanding. A special thank you to DR. Rist , Electro physiology cardiologist, who operated on me flawlessly. Aspirus Cardiology has lived up to its true reputation of being one of the finest Cardiology units in the country and right here in our own back door. Today was not just a normal day, as I later learned while just minutes before undergoing anesthesia, the hospital went under a total “ lockdown” as a precaution from an “active shooter” in a nearby Wausau, WI cemetery. Had an appointment today in Wausau, with Dr. Stysly, one of your pulmonary doctors. He was amazing. He explained everything to my husband and myself in terms we could understand and set up a date for a procedure I will be having done next week. The reception girls as well as the nurses that checked me in to the examining room were very professional and caring. It makes a person feel not so nervous to have such great people caring for them.
