By training it’s employees not to mislead people into thinking that their insurance will cover services then not taking responsibility when people get screwed over. Shame on you. The office I went to had faulty computers and checking in took a long time even though there was no one else in line. They took my insurance card to the back and since I inquired several times I assumed they were checking to make sure I was covered, especially when they told me they checked and that I was. I would not recommend working for this organization. I was employed for 2 years before being fired. In the 2 years my only issues were always with HR. 11/22 I tested positive for Covid with no symptoms. I contacted employee health after calling in for my shift that day. When contacting them I was told with no symptoms I could be there. I thought that sounded off so I repeated it back, “you’re telling me with a positive test and no symptoms I can come to work?” The girl said “yes”. I then came to work because I had no symptom... read more
