Dr. Scott was so nice and professional all the way. Her patents love her.
well after calling to set up a consult and being nervous i go in fill out my paperwork and the older blonde woman started badgering me on what i was going there for and that My insurance will be charged because i need a comprehensive plan not a consult. i didnt want to discuss my PERSONAL issues in front of the other patients in the waiting room and after stating that she still looked at me like i was stupid. so i left i wont be spending my money here thats for sure i left in tears.
They tried to blame the fact they told me my daughter had decalcification spots on her teeth at her 1 year check up and i even specifically asked if they were cavities and they said no. TWO YEARS LATER NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY ARE CAVITIES! THEN THE DENTIST WITH HER ATTITUDE WAS LIKE DO YOU REALLY THINK SHE WILL SIT THROUGH THREE FILLING!? Im sorry my three year old will not sit through anything of you guys doing anything to her because of the fact you can’t even figure what is decalcification or cavities are!
NEVER GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! They hurt me, made me swallow my blood instead of sucking it out, were very rude, quick to make judgements. The tech cleaned my teeth and literary ripped my gums. When she was done I saw the doctor for no more than 5 minutes. He said he had to pull three teeth. He didn't even bring up that I could pay for a root canal- which I'm going to do. Horrible horrible place. Terrible staff. Don't go here unless you want your teeth all messed up.
Gwen is simply the best! It might be odd to say but she made the experience fun haha, I've never had such an enjoyable visit! She was so knowledgeable and made learning fun, I definitely picked up tips and techniques from her relaxed way of educating.. I'm so lucky I got to experience her, you can tell she really cares and just wants to spread smiles, I know I definitely laughed a few times cuz of her sweet, silly personality, I would always recommend her!
Horrible experience everytime hence leaving this "dentist" office. Unprofessional and uncaring. Clearly all about money. Dont waste your time!
